Andrew Turner
Co-Founder + COO
Andrew is a fifth generation Sebastopol native, growing up in a close-knit small-town unit, early on instilled the importance of nurturing family and community relationships.
After several years in leading/founding roles in Bay-Area tech companies, Andrew joined the Avant Haus team for an opportunity to help build the company into a leading boutique staging firm.
With great passion, attention to detail and focus on creating positive client experiences, Andrew leads the day-to-day operations at Avant Haus.
Domenica Domiray
Co-Founder, Principal Interior Designer
Domenica Domiray is an Ecuadorian-Iranian Interior Designer in the San Francisco Bay Area. After studying at the Academy of Art to pursue an Advertising and Art Direction degree, she worked for years in tech as a senior UI Designer. Then deciding to take a different path, she began to study interior architecture at UC Berkeley; Domenica is taking the lead as a founder of Avant Haus and lead interior designer.
With a focus on her clients' environment and culture, her design is emotional and functional. She creates timeless environments that embody the heart of each client. With incredible passion and love for art and design, it's in the details that the vision comes together.
Sandra Turner
Co-Founder
Sandra has spent her entire career leading sales teams to success. She is passionate about sales and people development. As cofounder at Avant Haus she focuses on optimizing service operations and streamlining the customer experience. Outside of the office, Sandra spends her time teaching art at her daughter's school, spending time with her family, and throwing rad record-breaking school auctions for her coastal community.

Patricia Peraza
Interior Designer - Staging
Patricia has many years of staging experience and loves transforming spaces into ideal homes. She takes time with clients to ensure the home's vision and potential are well-encompassed in the final design. Every detail in each house is intentional, catering to that familiar and welcoming feeling of first stepping into your home.
